After finishing the courses and having a better understanding of the complexities and realities of the Los Angeles housing crisis, each student is to apply their knowledge to create their own version of a Power-Up Station. Inspired by Street Watch LA’s Power-Up Station, the project would help provide their local neighbors in need with some essentials, such as phone charging, food, water, hygienic products, etc. Each student is to come up with their own version of a Power-Up Station, from their structure to the resources they will be providing for their individual neighborhood.
